Cue Repairs

Our professional workshop specializes in repairing all types of billiard cues, including those used for pool, snooker, and carambol. You can drop off your cue at any time during our opening hours, and we will have it ready for pick up within 1 to 2 days. Trust us to handle your cue with the utmost care and professionalism.

To ensure efficient service, please provide the following information when sending in your cue:

• Name
• Return address
• Email address
• Telephone number
• What kind of work should be done?
• Which parts should be installed (e.g. leather)?

We strive to keep our shipping costs reasonable and transparent. Within Germany, standard shipping is charged at 6.90 Euro, while bulky one-piece cues are subject to a fee of 18.90 Euro. For international deliveries, return costs are calculated according to our policy. To avoid any issues, please ensure that any package sent to us is accompanied by the necessary bulky goods surcharge from DHL for items measuring over 120 cm.

Prices of standard works

• Renew leather cue tip 15.- Euro (plus leather)
• Renew ferrule 35.- Euro (plus leather)
• Cue shaft rework incl. wax 15.- Euro

For all other work such as adding threads for extensions, shortening, or Irish linen windings, we offer personalized cost estimates as prices may vary depending on the specific work needed. Please send your requests to workshop@mcbillard.de

Procedure for sending

1. To ensure safe transport, please send your cue securely packaged along with the required information to us. To:

2. We will send you an invoice by e-mail.
3. You can conveniently pay your invoice through either bank transfer or PayPal.
4. We strive to return your repaired cue to you promptly within 7 business days.

Note: As we handle a high volume of parcels, kindly ensure that your personal information is included with your cue to avoid any confusion and ensure timely processing.
