Cue Repairs

In our professional workshop we professionally repair all kinds of billiard cues (pool, snooker and carambol). During the opening hours the cues can be handed in at any time. If you have made an appointment in advance, you can also wait for the cue to be finished at our shop.

We require the following information when sending the cue:

• Name
• Return address
• Email address
• Telephone number
• What kind of work should be done?
• Which parts should be installed (e.g. leather)?

For standard shipping we charge 6.90 Euro (within Germany). One-piece queues are bulky goods and will be charged 18.90 Euro.
For deliveries from abroad, the return costs are calculated as shown here.
When shipping to us, please make sure that DHL requires a significant bulky goods surcharge from 120 cm.

Prices of standard works

• Renew leather cue tip 13.- Euro (plus leather)
• Renew ferrule 35.- Euro (plus leather)
• Cue shaft rework incl. wax 15.- Euro

All other work, such as inserting threads in the butt for extensions, shortenings or Irish linen windings require a cost estimation, as prices can vary depending on the work needed. Please send your requests to workshop@mcbillard.de

Procedure for sending

1. Send the cue well packed with the data mentioned above to us. To:

2. We will send you an invoice by e-mail.
3. The invoice can then be paid by bank transfer or Paypal.
4. The repaired cue is usually returned to the sender within 7 working days.

Note: We receive a lot of parcels, so please do not forget your personal data, otherwise we might not be able to assign the cue to you!
